A favorite summertime refresher. Serve it as a cooling appetizer or a vibrant, healthy dessert. You can also make it into a light meal by accompanying it with a crusty baguette slathered with creamy goat cheese, and a fresh from the garden salad. Pair it with a cheese plate with chevre, ricotta salata or feta for entertaining. We recommend you have an extra bottle of Rosé to serve alongside. Salud!
