  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup grapes, sliced in half
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup cubed honey dew melon
  • 1 cup tangerine or “cutie” segments
  • 3 cups Starfield Blanc de Blancs
  • 2 tbsps honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
Directions
  • Pour the Blanc de Blancs in a bowl, and then as you clean and cut the fruit, add to the bowl. Add mint and drizzle the honey over the fruit and mix.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve with the liquid (as a fruit cocktail), and, of course, a glass of Blanc de Blancs!
