The 2023 Smith Flat White Blend is a delightfully light and refreshing wine, showcasing the best characteristics of both our Estate Vermentino and Goldbud Chardonnay with a lower alcohol content. On the nose, vibrant aromas of lemongrass, ripe candied apricot, and grapefruit from the Vermentino are beautifully complemented by hints of green apple and jasmine from the Chardonnay. Subtle notes of lemon cream pastry and flinty wet stone add complexity and intrigue.
On the palate, this blend is bright and crisp, featuring predominant flavors of lemon curd and citrus harmonized with the creamy texture and stone fruit.
