This vibrant Barbera has lively fruit balanced with inviting spice and herb notes layered in. Lavender, fennel, and juniper berry aromas draw you in, while dried strawberry, cocoa nib, caramelized date, & black currant jam build in the glass. Cooling undertones of fresh cedar, lemon thyme, and graphite add soft depth to the full bouquet. The palate opens with complex notes of luxardo cherry, boysenberry, and huckleberry which are followed by warm notes of honey graham cracker, nutmeg, and black pepper. The finish is balanced & soft, with velvety tannins that elevate this graceful, elegant wine.
