Ingredients
- 3 oz. coconut rum
- 1 oz. Starfield Ursa Major Vermouth
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 small wedge of fresh pineapple to garnish
- 1 lime wedge to garnish
Directions
In a shaker, add coconut rum, pineapple juice, triple sec, lime juice and fresh ice. Shake until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into two tiki tumblers. Gently float the vermouth by pouring over the back of a spoon. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and a fresh pineapple wedge.
