Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz. gin
- ½ oz. elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germain)
- ½ oz. Starfield Virgo Sweet Vermouth
- 1 peach slice to muddle
- ½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 oz. (more or less to taste) soda or sparkling water
- Peach slice, for garnish
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
In a tall mixing glass, muddle peach and lime juice. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and vermouth with ice. Stir to chill. In a rocks glass, pour cocktail over a large ice cube. Add soda water and gently stir to combine. Garnish with peach and lime.
