Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Bourbon
- ½ oz. Starfield Ursa Major Sweet Vermouth
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. honey simple syrup
- Small wedge of peach, to muddle
- 2 oz. club soda
- Lemon wheel, to garnish
Directions
In a tall mixing glass, muddle peaches. Add bourbon, vermouth, lemon juice, and honey simple syrup with ice. Stir to chill. Double strain into a goblet or highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda water and gently stir to combine. Garnish with lemon wheel.
