TASTING NOTES
The 2023 Fiano is an intriguing combination of intense aromatics balanced with a soft, clean creaminess, making it uniquely enthralling, sip after sip. It captivates with concentrated aromas of lemongrass, gardenia, and green apple, while underlying accents of chamomile tea, eucalyptus and vanilla unify into an inviting bouquet. The palate is composed of the cool, rich softness of lemon curd, with ripe peach and honey notes, and just a touch of minerality. This wine is well-proportioned, striking yet decadent, and is fabulous to enjoy with light faire or all on its own. Drink now through 2024.
