TASTING NOTES
We are so excited to announce the release of our first ever Starfield Sparkling Brut Rosé. This amazing sparkling Rosé is a perfect balance of bright fruit, dry ultra-fine bubbles, minerality and complexity making it both versatile with food and delicious by itself.
Our inaugural release of our Sparkling Brut Rosé has gorgeous and fruitful aromas of pure strawberry, cherry, rose petal, and ripe nectarine, that are complemented by secondary notes of shortcake, flint and lightly buttered toast. The palate begins with a crisp, bright entry that opens up to elegantly rich yet steely flavors of watermelon, yellow apple, white peach that glide seamlessly into a dry and lovely, lingering finish. The beautiful flavors, well-rounded acidity and graceful structure highlight the fine-grained bubbles making this a perfect sparkler for any occasion or a stellar stand alone for sipping on a quiet evening.
