2019 Big Canyon Red Blend - The 2019 Big Canyon possesses the true essence of a bold red blend! This GSM blend features our savory Syrah, complemented by bright Grenache, & opulent Mourvèdre. Both the Syrah & Grenache are 20% whole cluster fermented, adding incredible texture, complexity, & ageability to this wine! The fruit was hand-selected & aged for 18 months in 100% French oak to create a blend of Rhône varietals that is richly sophisticated, multi-layered, & with flawless balance.

2020 Viognier - With bright, tropical fruit backing its luxurious fragrance, this is truly a quintessential Viognier. The nose is saturated with bold notes of lemongrass, Tahitian vanilla, & marzipan, while more delicate notes of juniper & chamomile add complexity. The palate strikes an intriguing balance between its rich texture & bright acidity that seamlessly weave in & out from the second it hits the tongue to the lingering finish. Mango, orange creamsicle, apricot, & coconut intertwine on the palate, with a splash of pomelo & white pepper on the finish. This wine is an intoxicating matrix of delightful minerality from beginning to end with a refreshing vein of acidity that lingers on the palate.
