2019 The Big Canyon - The 2019 Big Canyon possesses the true essence of a bold red blend! This GSM blend features our savory Syrah, complemented by bright Grenache, & opulent Mourvèdre. Both the Syrah & Grenache are 20% whole cluster fermented, adding incredible texture, complexity, & ageability to this wine! The fruit was hand-selected & aged for 18 months in 100% French oak to create a blend of Rhône varietals that is richly sophisticated, multi-layered, & with flawless balance.
