Highly aromatic, this Vermentino is lengthy, pure, and vibrant. Aromas of green apple, gardenia, jasmine, & lemon balm, with supple notes of kaffir lime & brown sugar. A vibrant entry of lemon curd & Buddha's hand are intertwined seamlessly with notes of crystalized ginger & key lime pie. Delightful tropicality is softened by a light creaminess present from beginning to end. A delicious sipper on its own, and the perfect wine for an array of pairings!
