The aromas of black currant, blueberry cheesecake, & cola nut are rich but perfectly developed, balanced by earthy notes of toasted oak, aromatic Christmas spice, & chocolate covered espresso bean. The palate is the epitome of power, with a framework of integrated, dusty tannins that drive through the never-ending finish. Notes of blackberry jam, rhubarb, Amarena cherry, & sarsaparilla are underlined by flavors of roasted walnut, black tea, & savory herbs which are a product of this varietal’s cool growing location. This wine is an absolute stunner and will continue to evolve & mature in the cellar for up to 10 years. Decant for 45 minutes to unlock this wine’s exceptional bold elegance.
