TASTING NOTES
The 2020 Marsanne is lively & refreshing yet balanced with sumptuous stone fruit & fresh florals. A spray of lavender, freesia, & honeysuckle greets the nose, with a pop of brightness from fresh lemon & mandarin. The bright florals & citrus are supported by rich notes of yellow peach & gala apple, while rustic undertones of sandalwood & white pepper support the lush bouquet. The palate opens with bright pops of tangerine, kumquat, & kaffir lime, underscored by soft hints of coriander, cardamom, & Graham cracker, which lead to a silky, elegant finish. This wine is deliciously spritzy & refreshing now but will continue to develop rich & nutty flavors as it ages. Drink now through 2024.
