This delicate red is soft, elegant, & effortlessly delicious. The 2020 Cinsaut is enticingly bright, juicy, & fruit forward, with a soft thread of acidity running throughout, making it the perfect sipper for a hot day. Aromas of strawberry, watermelon, & raspberry burst from the glass, while more subtle notes of Madagascan vanilla, dried bay leaf, & nutmeg add depth & draw you in. The palate is loaded with notes of fresh blood orange & pomegranate, leading to a long finish doused with preserved Meyer lemon & a swathe of super soft, velvety tannins that keep you coming back for more. This wine has exceptional balance & is just a delight to drink. Drink now through 2024.
