TASTING NOTES
With bright, tropical fruit backing its luxurious fragrance, this is truly a quintessential Viognier. The nose is saturated with bold notes of pineapple, papaya, mango, Tahitian vanilla, and lemongrass, while more delicate notes of jasmine, juniper, and fresh bay leaf add complexity. The palate strikes an intriguing balance between its rich texture and bright acidity that seamlessly weave in and out from the second it hits the tongue to the lingering finish. Lemon sorbet, tangerine, tart wild plum, candied orange peel, and fresh ginger intertwine on the palate. This wine is an intoxicating matrix of delightful minerality from beginning to end with a refreshing vein of acidity that lingers on the palate. Drinks beautifully by itself but will also pair with a wide range of cheese, seafood dishes, sushi, and savory poultry dishes.
