Pale straw color. Brilliant. A bouquet of flowers! Honeysuckle, geraniums and gardenias. Notes of citrus, lemon, lemon peel, crisp apple and honey. Pairs well with cheese and charcuterie. Very smooth. Lingers on the tongue.

|Cellaring:||Barrel fermented and stored on lees for 6 months in 10% new and 90% neutral French oak. Stirred monthly.|
