Compelling aromas of herbal tea, ripe apricot, blooming daffodils, and subtler hints of wild oregano lead into an elegant, well-structured palate. Fresh lemon peel and dried oranges are framed by notes of graphite and white pepper, leading into a lingering finish layered with a rich, plush texture and hint of minerality. Drink now or allow to age for a few years to develop nutty undertones and a richer texture.
