This 100% Estate grown Barbera is an absolute stunning representation of great Barberas produced in the El Dorado AVA. Deep ruby red in color, this lively wine exudes aromas of blueberry pie and black cherry followed by hints of vanilla. Silky on the palate, the tannins are refined and perfectly balanced with the wine’s natural acidity making it succulent and mouthwatering all at once. Bright flavors of black currant, dark cherry and cassis with hints of chocolate, cloves and vanilla complement a long elegant finish that creates a wine that is multi-layered, luscious and exceptionally juicy. Laced with vitality and freshness, this wine is excellent on its own but also pairs exceptionally well with truffle pasta dishes, hearty steak dinner and many smoked meats. Drink now through 2024.
